Position: Python Automation Testing

Location: Pune

Greetings from SRS Infoway, a global manpower consulting firm! We are currently seeking a skilled Python Automation Testing professional for a CMMI Level 5 Company in Pune. This is a permanent position with immediate to 30 days joining period. If you have a total experience of 4+ years with at least 3 years of relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As a Python Automation Testing professional, you will be responsible for the following:

  1. QA Test Automation: Utilize your hands-on experience to develop and implement QA test automation strategies using tools such as Selenium, SQL Queries, and API Testing.
  2. Python Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Python language and frameworks such as PyTest/Robot framework for test automation. Leverage your skills to write efficient and effective test scripts.
  3. CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Be well-versed in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GITLAB. Ensure smooth integration of testing processes into the pipeline.
  4. Domain Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of Rights Management Services domain and understand its intricacies. Apply this knowledge to design and execute relevant test scenarios.
  5. Agile Methodology: Work within an agile development environment and participate in agile ceremonies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  6. Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze problem statements. Identify innovative solutions and design effective testing strategies accordingly.
  7. Leadership: Showcase leadership skills by leading and mentoring team members. Take ownership of complex issues and provide guidance to resolve them efficiently.
  8. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior IT stakeholders and business partners. Influence them by effectively communicating the importance of quality testing.
  9. Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Communicate technical concepts and test results to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Client Focus: Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable products and services. Ensure that testing processes align with client expectations and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in QA test automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Python language and frameworks such as PyTest/Robot framework for test automation.
  • Experience in utilizing Selenium, SQL Queries, and API Testing for test automation.
  • Proven expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines using GITLAB.
  • Good knowledge of the Rights Management Services domain.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology and participation in agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Ability to influence senior IT stakeholders and business partners.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Client-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
