Job Description: As a Cypress Automation Tester at TESTRIQ QA Lab, LLP, you will be responsible for driving the quality and reliability of our software products through efficient automation testing practices. Your primary focus will be on creating, executing, and documenting test plans using a combination of automated and manual testing methodologies. Your expertise will help shape the quality standards of our software and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

- Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans to ensure that our products meet design specifications and adhere to quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform manual test documentation into effective automated test scripts.
- Regularly communicate progress, results, and insights from automated testing efforts to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance testing efficiency and productivity by leveraging innovative tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Implement and maintain automated testing environments within a continuous integration setting.
- Contribute to the refinement of test standards, procedures, and functional specifications.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the successful execution of testing initiatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Cypress Automation Testing, Manual Testing, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Integration.
- Proficiency in creating, executing, and documenting test plans for software products.
- Expertise in developing automated test scripts using Cypress Automation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex technical information to diverse teams.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
