Position: Cypress Automation Tester

Location: Mumbai, Nashik, or Pune

Winjit Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading software solutions provider, is seeking a talented Cypress Automation Tester to join our team in Mumbai, Nashik, or Pune. We are looking for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in Cypress automation testing who can contribute to the delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust automated test scripts using Cypress, ensuring high test coverage and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and QA, to understand requirements and user stories.
• Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functionality, performance, reliability, and security testing.
• Identify and report defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously enhance the automation framework and test infrastructure to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with automation testing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in Cypress automation testing, with a strong understanding of its concepts and functionalities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end web technologies, with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code.
• Knowledge of web technologies, version control systems, and continuous integration (CI) tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in an iterative development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
