Position: C# Selenium Engineer
Location: Pune

Rajcons, a leading software company based in Pune, is seeking a skilled C# Selenium Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a C# Selenium Engineer, you will be responsible for API testing, automation using C# Selenium, and working with Azure pipelines. Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front and work collaboratively in an agile team, collaborating with other team members, Scrum Master, and Product Owner to deliver as per Sprint goals.
• Track the progress of activities on a daily basis and ensure timely completion.
• Drive requirement clarifications with the team and customer to ensure a clear understanding of project expectations.
• Design, author, and review test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective test data preparation.
• Execute tests, identifying the test cases to be executed for each cycle, including regression suites and test cases for automation.
• Perform test execution and reporting, providing accurate and detailed results.
• Drive induction and mentorship of new team members, updating training plans on a quarterly basis.
• Provide test estimates for the project, considering the scope and complexity of the testing effort.
• Review test deliverables, including test scenarios, test cases, traceability, and automation scripts, to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have recent 2-2.5 years of experience in API testing and automation using C# Selenium.
• Overall 7-12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge and experience with C# programming language and Selenium framework.
• Experience working with Azure pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in an agile team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, Scrum Master, and Product Owner.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive requirement clarifications and ensure a clear understanding of project expectations.
• Familiarity with test case design, test execution, and reporting.
• Experience in mentoring and onboarding new team members.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
