Position: Automation Testing + DevOps

Location: Pune

We are currently hiring for the position of Automation Testing + DevOps in Pune. As an Automation Testing + DevOps professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products while leveraging DevOps principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Automation Testing: With a minimum of 6 years of experience in automation testing, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the software requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios. Your expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • DevOps Integration: As a DevOps-oriented professional, you will work closely with development and operations teams to integrate automation testing within the DevOps pipeline. You will champion the automation of build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring continuous integration and delivery. Your experience with DevOps tools and practices will be essential in optimizing software development workflows and increasing efficiency.
  • Test Automation Framework Development: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and reusable test automation frameworks. Your strong programming skills, especially in languages like Java or Python, will enable you to create robust and efficient automation solutions. You will also work on integrating automated tests with build and deployment pipelines for seamless continuous testing.
  • Test Planning and Execution: You will participate in test planning activities, collaborating with stakeholders to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases. You will execute test cases, perform defect tracking and management, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze test results will contribute to the overall quality and reliability of our software products.
  • Hybrid Work Environment: This role is based in Pune, and the work mode is hybrid. You will be expected to work from the office for 3 days a week, and the remaining days remotely.
  • Notice Period: The notice period for this position is 15 days. Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of 15 days will be preferred.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on DevOps integration.
  • Strong expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Solid programming skills in languages like Java or Python.
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Notice period of 15 days or immediate joiners.
