Job Description:

  1. Obtain and study all software items (e.g., BRS – Business Requirement Specification, SRS – System Requirement Specification) and test planning items (e.g., test plan, test cases) required to prepare and perform system tests.
  2. Proficient in Web application and Mobile Application Testing to ensure the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications.
  3. Demonstrated experience in complex application testing or the ability to handle complex application testing challenges effectively.
  4. Expert in communication, capable of providing a detailed explanation of the project architecture and complexities of the applications worked on.
  5. Experienced in API Testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI to validate the functionality and performance of application APIs.
  6. Proficient in writing complex queries involving multiple tables for database testing and data validation.
  7. Familiarity with Triggers and Stored Procedures to perform comprehensive database testing.
  8. Knowledge of Automation Testing is desirable, showcasing experience in automated test script development and execution.
  9. Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands is an added advantage to handle specific testing scenarios.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure effective test coverage and timely defect resolution.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing.
  3. Extensive experience in Web application and Mobile Application Testing, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  4. Proven ability to handle complex application testing and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate project architecture and complexities clearly.
  6. Experience in API Testing using Postman or SOAP UI for comprehensive testing of application APIs.
  7. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for database testing and data validation.
  8. Familiarity with Triggers and Stored Procedures for in-depth database testing.
  9. Knowledge of Automation Testing is a plus, with experience in automated test script development and execution.
  10. Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands for specific testing scenarios.
  11. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality and reliable software applications.
  12. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
