Key Responsibilities:

Automation Testing: Utilize your 3-5 years of experience in automation testing to create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium. Verify the functionality and performance of software applications to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Rest Assured Expertise: Leverage your proficiency in Rest Assured to design and implement automated test cases for RESTful APIs. Perform comprehensive API testing to validate data integrity and functional correctness.
REST API Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of REST APIs to ensure proper communication and data exchange between different software components. Identify and report defects, collaborating with developers to facilitate timely resolution.
Test Case Design: Develop clear and comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements, ensuring maximum test coverage. Create test data sets and configure testing environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
Test Execution and Reporting: Execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and document findings accurately. Provide detailed reports and insights to assist in defect prioritization and resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment between development and testing efforts.

Mandatory Skills:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an Automation Test Engineer.
Proficiency in Selenium for UI automation testing.
Strong expertise in Rest Assured for API testing and validation.
Experience with RESTful API testing methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with software testing concepts, processes, and best practices.
Solid understanding of testing frameworks and version control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to convey testing results and insights to cross-functional teams.
