Position: Automation Test Engineer
Location: Hyderabad, India
NCR Corporation, a global leader in omni-channel solutions, is currently seeking talented and experienced Automation Test Engineers to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in automation testing, manual testing, and a strong command over tools like Appium, CodedUI, and Selenium with C#, Java, or Python. We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or have a notice period of up to 30 days.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for various software applications and systems.
- Conduct manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
- Utilize Appium, CodedUI, Selenium with C#, Java, or Python for test automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them to resolution.
- Participate in test planning, test case creation, and test execution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Work closely with developers and product owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3.5 to 5.5 years of experience in automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in both automation and manual testing.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Appium, CodedUI, and Selenium.
- Expertise in at least one programming language: C#, Java, or Python.
- Sound knowledge of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
