Description:
- 5+ years of hands on experience in automation testing and framework development
- Ability to lead/mentor a team of talented automation engineers
- Must have hands on experience in automation using Python and Selenium
- Must have exposure to Robot / BDD Framework
- Experience in Java/Maven, Appium is a PLUS
- Experience in automating web based applications
- Experience in working on Jenkins and CI/CD Platforms
- Strong verification, validation testing and analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of test methodologies related to different phases of software test life cycle
- Ability to report the test automation status and the execution status periodically to the stake holders
- Ability to assist in the training/mentoring of team members, including testers, developers, and business analysts
- Ability to work independently and possess interest in constant research & improvement of the Automation framework
