Roles / Responsibilities
- Managing app releases and leading UAT testing phase
- Defining test solution and approach for mobile, web, and TV app testing
- Defining test scope and coverage to have maximum quality assurance
- Identifying and implementing the best approach and solution across the test life cycle of the products.
- Responsible for taking QA-related technical decisions required on a project.
- Working for continuous improvement to achieve high customer satisfaction and to coordinate directly with a customer or product team.
- Ability to mentor and support other team members
- Proactive reporting and escalation of issues.
