Qualification and Skills
- 8+ years in information technology
- Experience working in Agile environments; ideally using SAFe practices
- Scrum Master experience
- Experience leading remote/offshore teams
- Experience establishing and managing vendor relationships
- Experience in complex, high-visibility programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce-integrated applications
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Familiar with application architecture concepts
- Continuous Integration & Delivery and DevOps philosophy
- Technical strategy and planning
Responsibilities
- Lead development resources across multiple disciplines
- Run all relevant Agile ceremonies
- Lead team of 8+ people
- Develop and maintain relationships with support and customer organizations
- Ensure in-scope incidents are tracked and resolved within SLA guidelines
- Establish and enforce sound development practices
