Key Responsibilities
- Manage the QA lifecycle for complex projects, covering both manual and automation testing.
- Understand application requirements and prepare test plans and test cases.
- Prioritize and execute testing activities based on sprint planning.
- Identify, report, and track bugs and defects with severity classification.
- Implement best practices for software testing and documentation.
- Identify necessary tools, resources, and software for efficient testing.
- Perform regression testing after every code release.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
