Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow applications.
✅ Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
✅ Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
✅ Track and document defects, issues, and test results using JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
✅ Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
🔹 Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
🔹 Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework) is a plus.
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
