🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Test intricate modules, features, and integrations, ensuring seamless system performance and robust regression testing.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance QA processes.
✅ Master manual testing while mentoring others and refining testing strategies.
✅ Lead Agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—identifying risks and solutions.
✅ Execute performance, API, and database testing, and work on automation scripts where required.
✅ Support hiring & onboarding efforts to strengthen the QA team.
🔹 What You Bring:
✅ Proficiency in manual and regression testing of complex systems.
✅ Hands-on experience with defect tracking, test case management, Postman, SoapUI, or SQL.
✅ Bonus: Automation experience or familiarity with MS Dynamics 365.
✅ Strong Scrum/Kanban knowledge with active Agile participation.
✅ Ability to mentor, improve processes, and collaborate effectively.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
