Candidates must have excellent communication skills as this role requires direct interaction with a Canadian development team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating ideas, raising issues, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders effectively.
The role requires working in IST shift with some evening hours overlapping with EST, so flexibility in working hours is important.
