We are looking for a Manual Tester with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and experience working with CRM platforms to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Conduct CRM testing to validate workflows and system behavior.
- Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements.
- Identify, document, and report defects efficiently.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of CRM testing methodologies.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
