✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
✅ Extensive experience in leading and managing QA teams
✅ Strong expertise in manual and automated testing
✅ Hands-on experience in building automation frameworks
✅ Proven ability to set up and scale QA teams in India
✅ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-1 QA strategies
✅ Experience with Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Appium, UFT, and TestComplete
✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing
✅ Strong skills in Git, Bitbucket, Selenium Grid, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
