Are you an experienced QA professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a QA Manager to drive our quality assurance initiatives and ensure seamless product releases!
📌 What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead & manage a QA team to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
🔹 Oversee manual testing processes with working knowledge of automation.
🔹 Design, review, and optimize test cases, test plans, and QA strategies.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders to align on product goals.
🔹 Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of QA experience (manual & automation, manual-first).
✅ Proven leadership experience and stakeholder management.
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC, defect tracking, and testing methodologies.
✅ Ability to balance hands-on testing with high-level QA oversight.
