Position: Manual Testing

Ltd., a leading technology consulting firm, is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for the position of Freshers with strong skills in Manual Testing, SQL, and Core Java/Selenium. Responsibilities:

As a Fresher at DTC Infotech Pvt. Ltd., you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure product quality and adherence to specified requirements.
2. Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
3. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to validate software functionality.
4. Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand project requirements and provide input on testability.
6. Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.
7. Conduct thorough analysis and validation of test results, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
8. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

1. Graduated in 2020 or 2021 with a BE (CS/IS/ECE)/BCA/MCA degree.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologies.
3. Very strong in Manual Testing, SQL, Core Java/Selenium.
4. Completion of training on Manual Testing, SQL, and Core Java/Selenium from a reputable institute.
5. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
6. Familiarity with defect tracking tools and experience in defect management.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
10. Immediate availability for joining.
