Job Description

Qualification and Skills

• 10 Plus years of hands experience in designing and developing applications in Core Java
• Expertise in one of the databases (Oracle/ SQL Server,/Postgres/DB2)
• Very Good Communication skills(oral & written, proactive and assertive)
• Familiar with Financial services software development
• Good exposure to Agile methodologies
• Qualification BE/B. Tech in CS, ECE, IT or Computer applications

Responsibilities

• Design, Coding, Unit Testing and Documentation for a module(s)
• Maintenance of existing features/modules
• Working with Business Analysts and internal/external customers to ensure that requirements are understood
• Ability to work with little day to day supervision from project and/or line manager
• Timely and accurate reporting of project status as required by Line or Project Manager
• Mentoring junior team members in best practices and standards
• Review Design and code Implementation
• Ability to lead a technical team
