Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct UI, functionality, and black-box testing for a web-based portal
🔹 Develop and execute comprehensive test cases beyond predefined ones
🔹 Work closely with developers and automation engineers to improve product quality
🔹 Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects to ensure effective troubleshooting
Required Skills:
✅ Manual Testers: JIRA (must-have), AWS/Kubernetes exposure preferred
✅ Automation Engineers: Proficiency in Playwright, TypeScript, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
