Job Description: Capgemini India is seeking highly skilled and experienced ETL Testing Engineers/Leads to join our dynamic team. As an ETL Testing Engineer/Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of data integration processes through comprehensive testing and analysis. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in ETL testing, proficiency in SQL and Python, and the ability to work with large data sets. - ETL Testing: Plan, design, and execute ETL testing strategies and test cases to validate data accuracy and integrity.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using SQL and Python to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Large Data Sets: Work with large and complex data sets, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of data integration processes, identifying and reporting defects and issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and data engineers, to resolve data-related issues and optimize ETL processes.
- AWS Experience: Working experience with AWS is an added advantage, as you may be required to work on cloud-based data integration projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or equivalent.
- Relevant Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in ETL testing and data quality assurance.
- Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience in test automation for ETL processes.
- Data Exposure: Exposure to working with large data sets, data analysis, and data profiling.
- AWS Knowledge: Working experience with AWS is considered an advantage.
- Notice Period: Candidates should be able to join immediately or within 30 days.
