Job Description
- Minimum experience 3-7 in Cyara testing
- Strong QA background with previous experience on Contact Center platform and specifically in Genesys from an agent routing perspective.
- Prior experience and strong background needed on Cyara automation tool for IVR testing.
- Also good to have exposure to other tools such as Hammer, JMeter etc.
- Knowledge of performance testing will be an added advantage for the associate.
- Experience in test data setup and test case designing and planning.
- Very strong in fundamental concepts in Genesys Framework and CIM concepts.
- Expertise in Genesys CC Pulse/Pulse and agent
- Minimum experience 3-7 in Cyara testing
- Cyara certification is an added advantage
