Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities:
Oversee Quality Engineering operations for one of our products.
In this role, you will work with a team of about 25 members to ensure a high quality product release.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the team in designing test cases based on requirement or functional design
discussion with teams
• Oversee test execution and report issues back to the development team
• Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to leadership
• Estimate cost & efforts of testing activities
• Liaise with Onsite Project Manager regarding project progress, impediments, release
schedules.
• Oversee all testing operations
• Automate as much of the QA and testing process as possible
• Analyze client reported defects and continuously improve existing test processes.
• Co-ordinate with other support teams
• Train new QA members
• Continuously innovate and program manage quality initiatives
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
• Project management and QA experience
• Experience of delivering business benefits for large scale Program
• Managing and planning resources, responsibilities and schedules
• Hands on technical experience on specified technologies
• Problem solving skills
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Team and people management skills
• Agile project execution experience, awareness of Agile/SAFE.
Technologies required:/ Selected Skills :
Automation tools – Robot Framework, Selenium or similar.
Python, Java or PL/SQL
Project Management Tools like JIRA
Preferred: ERP domain experience
