Position: Bilingual (Japanese – N3) QA Tester
Location: Trivandrum, Technopark
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing activities, including functional testing and test case preparation.
- Review and analyze system requirements and specifications to understand testing objectives.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to support them in manual testing activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, TestLink, and TestRail to track and manage test cases and defects.
- Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify defects, track their resolution, and validate fixes.
- Prepare detailed test reports and document testing processes and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of testing activities and alignment with project requirements.
- Participate in agile project life cycles, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- 5+ years of experience in bilingual activities with Japanese proficiency.
- Certification in JLPT – N3 or above is a must.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Strong knowledge and experience in manual testing.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestLink, and TestRail for test case management and defect tracking.
- Experience in functional testing, test case preparation, and review.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in agile project life cycles, processes, and workflows.
- Familiarity with embedded product testing.
