Job Description
- Conduct Training and Assessments for freshers.
- Create Training Courseware and Artifacts.
- Mentoring of fresher batches.
- Coordinating with stakeholders(LnD, BU, External) for training and assessment.
- Proactively plan and execute the additional responsibilities assigned.
Primary Skills
- The candidate is expected to have at least one Primary and one/more Secondary competencies in the below domains:
- Web Basic, RDBMS, Manual Testing, JIRA, Agile, Selenium, BDD with Cucumber, API Testing, Core Java, VBScript, Python, QTP/UFT – V&V Trainer
Secondary Skills
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be smart and enjoy his/her work.
