Position: Test Engineer (Manual & Automation)
Location: Trivandrum & Kochi

As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify and report defects, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Utilize automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Maven, and GIT, to design and execute automated test scripts.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and REST API.
- Perform performance testing using tools like JMeter to ensure the system’s stability and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and quality assurance analysts, to understand software requirements and ensure the highest level of software quality.
- Analyze test results and identify and report defects, working closely with the development team to facilitate their timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain testing frameworks, repositories, and other testing artifacts.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing, automation, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the improvement of the software development lifecycle by suggesting process enhancements and quality initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in manual and automation testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in web application testing and knowledge of mobile application testing.
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Maven, and GIT.
- Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman and REST API.
- Experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Understanding of software development frameworks and repositories.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
