Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and other test documentation
- Analyze test results and report on findings
- Work with developers, testers, and other professionals to identify and resolve defects
- Identify, report, and track defects and issues throughout the testing process
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that all defects and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices for testing
We’re looking for someone who:Your experience should include some or all of the following:
- In-depth knowledge of common automated testing tools, such as Cypress, Selenium, Katalon, etc.
- Hands-on experience in object-oriented programming such as C#, Java, Python, or C++ as well as JavaScript, Typescript.
- Understand and can construct modern test strategies and quality gating policies within CI/CT/CD pipelines.
- At least 2-3 years’ automation testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clean and concise documentation
- Attention to detail
Additionally, you may have:
- API automation training
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Insurance industry experience
- Understanding Salesforce best practices for development and testing
- Experience or training with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies is a plus
