Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute manual & automated test cases for ServiceNow applications.
✅ Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing to ensure platform quality.
✅ Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for comprehensive test coverage.
✅ Document and track defects, issues, and test results using test management tools.
✅ Conduct root cause analysis and assist in issue resolution.
✅ Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity.
✅ Stay updated with latest ServiceNow features and updates.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
✔ Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, ALM, or similar tools.
✔ Proficiency in manual testing techniques, test case design, and bug reporting.
✔ Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, ServiceNow ATF) is a plus.
✔ Experience in performance and security testing is a bonus.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
