Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for certification testing of IVI products.
- Understand Android Auto and Apple Carplay requirement
- Understand test scope, write test case, execute, document and report status.
- Provide technical expertise, support the team to achieve challenging goals.
Critical experiences required to be ready for this job:
- Candidate must have Demonstratable experience of Manual Testing in the Automotive IVI, Projection, connectivity, and Media domains.
- Must have hands on experience of 2-4 years in various QA / testing methodologies.
- Must be able to write test case/scenario development, execution & test plan
- Must have knowledge of JIRA
- Understanding the Requirements and Application functionality
- Should have knowledge of Android Debug Bridge and Linux shell
- Tracking the activities and complete daily reports
- Should have knowledge of embedded projects.
- Should have tested with multiple test data and have knowledge to prepare the data based on different testing methodology.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal as customer interaction is required.
- Ready to take extra responsibility and should be able to work under pressure if required
- Excellent people and customer facing abilities – resolve conflicts and converge efforts toward meeting the project goals.
- Proficient in estimating, planning, and execution of projects
- Preparation of Traceability Matrix from the requirements and generate Test cases
- Ensuring that product delivered were tested fully simulated in various Environment
- Responsible for logging defects, monitoring status, and tracking them to closure
