Positions: php Developer, qa Manual tester , techincal Support executive

Location: Mohali

1.PHP Developer (1 to 3 years of experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to develop and maintain PHP-based web applications.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing PHP applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services into PHP applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest PHP frameworks, libraries, and industry trends to incorporate them into development projects.
  • Test and deploy applications, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to resolve reported bugs and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PHP web development, with a strong understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases, including database design and query optimization.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

2.QA Manual Tester (5 to 7 years of experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Execute manual testing of web-based applications to identify software defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing to ensure product quality.
  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test scenarios, test data, and test reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues.
  • Use defect tracking tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla, to log and track defects, and verify fixes.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
  • Identify areas for test process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall testing practices.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in manual testing of web-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

3.Technical Support Executive (1 year and above of experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications or systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions promptly.
  • Log and track customer interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to resolve complex issues.
  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up for timely resolution.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and service.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of the company’s products and services.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of software applications, databases, and networks.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
