We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation frameworks, and programming languages.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop test plans and strategies
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks
  • Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with developers and QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and automation best practices
  • Continuously research and evaluate new testing tools and technologies to improve test automation processes
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the test automation framework and infrastructure
  • Document test cases, test scenarios, and test data for future reference
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality assurance standards are met
  • Bachelor’s degree in [Relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.].
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in test automation.
  • Proficient in [Specify relevant automation tools and frameworks, e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.].
  • Strong programming skills in [Specify relevant languages, e.g., Python, Java, etc.].
  • Experience with [Specify any additional relevant tools, technologies, or methodologies, e.g., CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Agile, etc.].
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Testing all features, software enhancements, software fixes, software patches, debugging and any other hygienic changes. – Increasing testing coverage
