Job Description

Qualification and Skills

Strong experience in producing and owning the data required to operate and run a secure BT Email service.
At least 5 years Database administration (DBA) skills
Excellent communications and leadership skills to ensure the data design produced are understood by all in the team
Good working understanding of how and what is required to operate a fantastic Email Service.

Lead the Data analytics activities for the BT Email Product includes the specific Profiler (HaaS and GCP) and Splunk applications,
Lead all the Data integrity workstreams for the BT Email Product especially associated with managing our customer accounts and customer data stored on our BT Email Platform,
Implementing best practice on Data analytics within the software framework,
Understand Email product landscape, and propose strategic and tactical data analytics solutions to help quantify and mitigate against operational and security challenges
Working effectively as part of UK based Agile delivery squads
Using scrum/JIRA/Wiki for tracking agile workflow deliveries
Supporting proactive improvement initiatives
Ownership of Data extraction, Analysis, business reporting, and Data clean up requirements
Implement and maintain job schedules
Maintain and support Splunk infrastructure, and Splunk Admin functions
