Qualification and Skills

  • Windows Administration, Windows 10, AD, DNS, M365 & Intune Administration, Auto-pilot, Cloud PC / VDI, PowerShell scripting, basic networking concepts etc.
  • Experience with Jira (for managing your stories and tasks) and Confluence (for your documentation) is a must.
  • Experience with Jira, Ivanti Service Manager, or equivalent incident management system.
  • Ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to modify communication style to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted, with strong understanding of the impact of a message on the organization or customer.
  • Team player: Ability and willingness to motivate and support others.
  • Excellent customer handling and presentation skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Education – Graduation \ Post Graduation.

Responsibilities

  • 6+ years of experience & knowledge of Windows Administration, AD, Microsoft 365 & Intune / Autopilot administration and its capabilities.
  • Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
  • Good knowledge of the administration of On-prem AD & Microsoft Azure Active Directory, User Management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell.
  • Understand the differences between various Microsoft 365 Licenses like E1 & E3.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 Teams.
  • Create security and distribution groups in Azure Active Directory.
  • Good knowledge of Intune/Autopilot, workstation Patch Management, Device/Profile Management, Conditional Access and Configuration policies, and the Enrollment process of Intune endpoints (Windows 10).
  • Experience with handling incidents escalated by the L1\L2 team.
  • Experience in support, escalation management, and OEM vendor support.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and work on multiple initiatives. Drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in designing and executing the technical implementation of Windows 10 Autopilot\Modern Management solution using Intune, Azure AD, Office365.
  • Assigning User Licenses to users for Intune endpoint configuration.
  • Create, edit, or delete Azure Active Directory (AAD) User and Device groups.
  • Intune/AAD – Application Creation and Deployment/Assignment.
  • Any Microsoft Certification in Exchange / O365 / Intune Administration is desired.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including team members from Systems Administrators, Networking, SharePoint, and other Business stakeholders when necessary for the resolution of issues.
  • Monitor incident trends, and provide research, documentation, and knowledgebase development.
  • Prioritize incidents based on business impact, severity level, and leadership direction.
  • Display sound judgment on issues within your scope, knowing when to resolve and when to escalate to leadership for direction.
  • Provide support and/or coverage to meet queue needs based on department needs and team availability.
  • For critical issues that occur outside of normal business hours, you may be asked to participate in the resolution of issues.
  • Ready to work between 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
