Job Description
- Experience with strong DBA with understanding on Couchbase
- Couchbase and MongoDB Database Admins
- Good IT Infrastructure Support experience with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience managing the Couchbase database
- Improve service reliability through blameless post-incident reviews and using code to prevent or respond to problem recurrence.
- Recognize automation opportunities.
- Plug into the software release cycle. Work closely with developers to ensure software releases are well planned, implemented, released, and monitored.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Tier 3 Engineer attempt to duplicate problems and define root causes, using product designs, code, or specifications.
- Provide Guidance on the full cycle of cloud based solutions including tools, technologies , and best practices for development , deployment, and maintenance of cloud hosted services.
