Job Description

Qualification and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Software Test Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
14+ Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber).
Experience with Java or Java script or Python scripting language.
Experties in setting up and maintaining system level test enviornment.
Experties in Hardware-Software system integration testing.
Experties with system level test Automation using selenium & TestNG .
Experience with creating and defining test plans and test cases for embedded and application software for real time controls at system level.

Test Planning and Design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and specifications.
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on the requirements.
Identify test scenarios and define appropriate test data sets.
Design and implement effective test strategies to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
Conduct risk analysis and prioritize testing efforts based on potential impact.
Test Execution and Defect Management:
Execute test cases manually or using automated testing tools:
Identify, isolate, and track defects in the software products.
Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and improve overall software quality.
Document and communicate test results, issues, and recommendations to the development team.
