As part of a dynamic, agile Quality Assurance team, you would be a key contributor to testing Multiple Web and Mobile applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Testing efforts
- Understand the Test plan and report the progress. Participate in technical reviews.
- Responsible for running of test stages through the entire project/project lifecycle, ensure that the solutions meet the agreed quality objectives and delivery timescales.
- Adhere to reporting requirements and guidelines ensuring reporting is appropriate
- Understand application testing requirements and test strategy
- Responsible for test related documentation and archiving
- Understand and implement agile methodology and practices.
- Exploratory, ad-hoc and negative testing
- API testing (manual as applicable)
- Capture test preparation and execution data as needed
- Develop and execute automation scripts, triage failures and report product and test issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have handled end-to-end testing/QA for projects/products.
- Test Automation using Java, Cucumber.
- Experience in defining Road Map for Testing Activity, defining testing strategy/Process, Solution Offerings, Technology Consulting and Thought Leadership.
- The ability to think logically.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
- Ability to work well as a team player.
- Problem solving skills/ ability to think logically.
- Must have analytical skills, good communication skills & proactively doing knowledge transfer
- Develop the automated tests, API tests, load tests using tools such as Selenium Web driver,Jmeter,Cucumber.
- Experience using Firebug, Fiddler, Charles proxy etc.
