PaveTalent is looking for a Senior QA Engineer / Tester Business Analyst who will perform manual testing on mobile devices and tablets (iOS and Android), Macs, PCs, smart TVs and set-top boxes.

Responsibilities

● Design test plans, strategies and drive execution to ensure the quality of the applications.

● Manage quality for important executive and public demos, including simulating the demo environment, manual testing for the demo steps, setting up the simulation environment for internal executive reviews, writing issues for development teams to fix and managing demo devices.

● Collaborate closely with platform engineers and game developers to install games onto various prototype hardware and perform manual testing.

Key Qualifications

● Bachelor Degree or above preferably in Information Technology.

● 5+ years in relevant quality assurance experience with solid experience in different testing techniques across various platforms.

● Problem solving skills working with platforms still in development or not well supported and documented.

● Familiarity with command line environment a big plus.

● Super detail-oriented.

The Wireless Connectivity group in Broadcom is seeking a Software Test and Automation Engineer in the WLAN Software Verification team. The job involves development of highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable test automation solutions towards testing of Embedded Wireless LAN and Bluetooth products. You will also be required to perform manual tests for different test areas including feature/functional, performance and stability/stress. We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills who can contribute in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend test frameworks and test scripts (you must know how to write automation tests rather than simply execute them)
• Identify effective test strategies for new/existing features of our wireless software (WLAN) and craft test plans accordingly
• Automate test cases written and execute as part of new feature testing; enabling automated regression runs for subsequent releases..

Requirements

• 3+ years of SW test and automation experience
• B.S /M.S degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
• Strong programming skills, python is proffered
• Ability to define/design/develop/maintain test automation/scripts
• Understanding of networking concept (TCP/IP)
• Understanding of wireless basics (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) is plus
• Experience with Jenkins/CI is a plus
• Very strong problem-solving skills
