Responsible for leading all technical support and implementation activities related to Platform Business Systems (SalesForce (apps), Zuora, CPQ, Keylight) including but not limited to:
- Responsible for the feature configuration, development, test and deployment of the PBS team sprint deliverables;
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support delivery of CRM, Quoting, Subscription and Billing features;
- Be recognized as a functional expert in the CRM, Quoting, Subscription and Billing domain to support Incidents and debugging efforts;
- Communicate with stakeholders of different (development and sales) teams (referred to as user management);
- Assist project leaders in performing hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts and configuration tasks as required in support of change management as well as new project implementations;
- Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements;
- Handles Incidents within SLA occurring on our Business Systems applications;
- Acts as representative on Incident Management triage calls representing the team;
- Thinks like users/ customers of our Business Systems, provide feedback and contribute to ideas for new features and identify areas for improvement.
Who are you?
- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience;
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS surroundings (SalesForce/ Zuora or equivalent);
- Experience (hands-on practical experience) on at least 1 SalesForce implementation;
- Expertise in the CRM E2E SaaS landscape, especially related to the Lead to Cash process area;
- Good understanding of Enterprise customer journey best practices;
- Experience working in iterative projects and with deployment strategies/processes;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently;
- Works well in a dynamic DevOps environment; Experience with Business Systems Salesforce (CRM) and/or Zuora (CPQ/Billing) platform is a plus;
- Hands-on experience in test automation, CI/CD, and e2e testing of SaaS software;
- Good command of the git version control system, knowledge of GitLab is appreciated;
- Strong understanding of Agile-based development practices and test strategies;
- Project management and/or business process management certification or equivalent experience;
- Experience working with global teams.
Physical Demands:
- Due to the global nature of this role alignment with team members, the E2E test team and vendor developers in all regions will be supported.
