About the job
Must have 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Manual / automated test cases development and execution
- Handles & reviews software requirements documentation
- Creates and maintaining test cases from requirement documentation
- Is responsible for defect reporting and management
- connects with the Project Management and Development teams to ensure adherence to quality during the development process
- Provides reports and metrics on test activities
- Conducts UAT with customer
Skills required
- Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow -end user/administrator perspective (MIM, IM, PM, KM, ChM, Request Management)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience in configuring ATFs
- Agile Module Knowledge
- Basic programming skills: JavaScript (desirable)
