- Service Now Specific Skills Complex Integrations Service CatLog Asset Management CMDB Flow Designer and Portal experience Strong Service Now Dev Config Integrations CMDB asset management.
- ITOM or ITSM modules Ensure adherence to all ITIL processes
- Experience in developing Service catalogue workflows CatLog scripts macros etc
- Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs Business rules client scripts etc., Experience in using ServiceNow REST API ACLs data policy notifications email scripts etc., Experience in Data load transform creation and reporting capabilities Strong analytical problem-solving skills
