Job Description
- We are looking for “Service Engineer” to be based in Navi Mumbai / Delhi/Chennai, India.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to serve our customers from Energy-, as well as Pulp and Paper Industries, providing planned maintenance, diagnostics, and relevant services, with a focus on maxDNA and Valmet DNA DCS in Power Plant industries.

Qualification and Skills
- Hands on experience on DCS system of the competitor
- Should have experience in Turbine control systems, Turbine Protection systems, Boiler control systems, Boiler protection systems, Governor control, Burner Management Systems
- Responsible for System engineering on service project including Installation and commissioning, startup, tuning, setups, diagnostics, advance process optimization solutions etc.
- Perform Annual Service agreement implementation and execution on Valmet System installed base and define proactive improvements documenting the Lead for future service requirement
- Responsible for Demand / On call Services and implementation and document, agree, monitor, measure and report all services provided to the client
- Deliver customer training & Onsite troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Creation and follow-up of customer dissatisfaction cases, maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
- Assist achieving service sales targets, by generating service sales leads and add-on sales opportunities
- Support stakeholders and sales-teams as a product expert
- Support projects outside of the country, if needed
- Spare parts testing , prepare the test report and follow up delivery process
- Ensuring a permanent customer satisfaction and support, strong customer-centric ethic
- Support operations team and participate in projects when required
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
