Qualification and Skills
- Qualification: Graduate & above
- Experience: 5 – 9 Years
- Hands-on experience in automation framework design
- Hands-on experience in core python scripting, Python-Selenium
- Hands-on experience of API automation testing
- Ability to analyze FRD, FSD and other project documents.
- End to end defect tracking and management
- Database knowledge with SQL writing experience
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Partners with the teams to have a clear understanding of how the technology stack is tied to business outcomes and our bottom line.
- Strong team management experience
- Test plan creation and execution
- Escalation management with stakeholders
- Anticipates and recognizes bottlenecks in work processes between teams and makes suggestions for ongoing improvement.
- Coordinates with team to define the measures of success for process improvements.
- Tests and maintains software applications and related programs and procedures by using a variety of software development tools following design requirements of customer.
- Researches and recommends frameworks and architectural/code design patterns.
- Achieved for operational excellence (such as unit testing, establishing SLAs, programming for resiliency and scalability).
- Contributes to product development, listening to customer needs, capturing feedback and communicating that feedback to the business.
- Reviews the skill and expertise requirements to accomplish team goals and identifies staffing and talent resources to fill project roles.
- Mentors Individual Contributors and Managers by providing advice and recommendations based on own experience.
