Position: Senior Technical Lead-Core Java

Job Description

Qualification and Skills

Core and advanced Java for end to end solutions from server side to Client side.
Hands on experience in designing and developing Enterprise Applications, Restful services
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good to have knowledge of: PLM product
Worked in SAFe Agile framework
Experience Required : 6+ Years

Develop iterative prototypes when appropriate- Prepare design note(s) per group standards based on an approved set of requirements.
Schedule, conduct and participate in design reviews-Interactions with other development groups, QA, Product Management, Technical Support
Prepare work estimates for assigned project and tasks
Completes all work according to schedule requirements- Write well documented performing code including source code documentation that meets organizational standards.
Develop iterative prototypes when appropriate
Run unit tests and deliver automated tests for inclusion in a regression test bed when appropriate
Resolution of software defects (all aspects from evaluation, fixing, workarounds, unit testing) as per organization guidelines.
Help colleagues decompose complex problems into a set of simpler ones and help evaluate design alternatives
Regularly demo the work to the stakeholders-Participate in various scrum meetings
Provide timely and complete information to facilitate formal testing ·- Share technical information with the team and to a wider audience when appropriate
Acquire knowledge necessary to perform job assignments (technology, product and process).
Keep current with appropriate technologies.- To perform the functions of the job as per instruction and pre-established guidelines.
