Shift timing: UK Shift/ Monday to Friday 12:00 PM IST to 09:00 PM IST; Saturday-12:00 PM IST to 4:00 PM IST

Location: Pune.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement new features and modules for our software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and designers to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality software.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to ensure the highest quality code.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and be prepared to propose and implement new technologies where applicable.
• Document software processes, procedures, and user guides as necessary.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering an environment of continuous learning.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Go and NodeJS.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with database management and design, preferably SQL, MongoDB, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and systematically.
• A passion for keeping up to date with the latest technological developments.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear manner.
