Position: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Who are we looking for?

An experienced (at least 3+ years of work experience in) designing & developing RPA workflows using UiPath platform

5+ years of experience with software development and/or RPA technologies
Proficiency in one or more system level programming languages (C#, Java, Python, etc.) and a willingness to learn new languages
In-depth knowledge of RPA Life Cycle, UiPath REFramework, Orchestrator, Studio, StudioX, Task Capture, Workflow Analyzer, Custom Activities, etc.
Hands-on experience in developing, improving, and supporting RPA programs with data integrity standards.

Developing and supporting bots, RPA solutions including Queues, Assets and Bot Scheduling
Bot Administration, Monitoring, Security, Deployment and RPA Center of Excellence concepts.
Knowledge of – UiPath Document Understanding, Web Recorder, Citrix Recorder, E-mail Automation, Error Handling, Image Recognition, Screen Capture, String Operations, etc.
Requirements capture, definition & Solution Design, demonstrated experience through all phases of the RPA life cycle – architecture design, build/configuration, testing and operational transition
API integration with UiPath
Familiarity with RPA best practices such as PDD/SDD, Unit Test Cases, Code Quality, Development Standards etc.
Ability to solve a problem using critical thinking, including assessment of existing process to determine feasibility of Automation and the ability to break down business problems into logical tasks
Ability to perform code readability to understand how the code is implemented and documented; ability to understand the dependencies for the code to run
Understanding data structures and follows coding best practices, e.g. naming conventions, error handling, logging, and commenting

Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
