About the job

What You’ll Do

Designing and developing test automation scripts.
Perform test automation.
Ensure full traceability between test scripts, results, and client requirements.
Collaborate with other teams who are responsible for software engineering.
Collaborate with other testing teams for knowledge sharing and technology unification.
Provide testing estimates and meet project testing timelines.
Report bugs/errors discovered per standardized tools and processes.
Support Testing and quality activities within Agile delivery
Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.

What You Know

Should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience.
Should have strong experience in Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Git.
Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
Strong knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Capable of digging into the business needs and translating them into test plans and processes.
Involve in preparing Test Plan, Test Strategy, and Test Cases covering Functional and UI scenarios.
Testing modules and reporting bugs early in the release life cycle.
Automate features/functionalities in the application with UI automation tools/frameworks.
Automate web applications using Selenium, Java, and Cucumber Framework.
Good knowledge and experience in Web Services and API testing using Rest Assured framework.
Good Knowledge of CI/CD tools – Jenkins and Maven build tools.
Good Knowledge of Gatling & JMeter.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, flexible & driven with a desire to work in a fast-paced, multi-channel department.

Education

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, or statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience
