Qualification and Skills

Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
Total 7+ years of experience in Java full stack.
Position will cover development of UI for Fabric/FCM development.
This developer will also be contributing to customer escalated issues.
Broaden the support capacity for all Dev/QA SCRUM teams.
This will create additional back up for a critical developer as well.
Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular / Type Script.
Good understanding of Microservices and DevOPS.
Strong in OOPS concepts, DBMS Concepts, Design / Architecture abilities and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of how to design scalable, high-performance systems.
Experience in using Agile / Lean practices and methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, result driven approach and be able to work with business side stakeholders.
Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts.

Work with Product Owners / BAs / Scrum Master to understand business requirements and assignments.
Collaborate well with stake holders and other team members.
Work on technical design specifications as per FIS guidelines.
Guide and mentor junior team members.
Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
Integrate software components and third-party programs.
Verify and deploy programs and systems.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
Recommend and execute performance and design improvements.
Create technical documentation as required.
