Deliverables
- The position is as part of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations and Delivery
- team within the Cyber Security area.
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA Analyst to join our Identity and Access
- Management (IAM) team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality
- and reliability of our IAM processes, specifically focused on setting up quality gates for
- various workstreams, including application onboarding, access recertification campaigns,
- infrastructure clean-up activities, Privileged Access Administration (PAA), Privileged
- Access Management (PAM), and privileged account creation processes and maintenance.
- Quality Governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish quality standards for
- different IAM workstreams.
- Design and implement testing frameworks, methodologies, and strategies to ensure
- comprehensive quality assurance throughout the IAM lifecycle.
Test Planning And Execution
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IAM processes, focusing on
- onboarding applications, access recertification, clean-up activities, PAA, PAM, and
- privileged account creation.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance tests to identify defects
- and ensure process reliability.
Defect Management
- Identify, track, and report defects using appropriate methodologies.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of - defects and issues.
Automation And Tooling
- Drive automation efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing
- processes.
- Leverage testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing and improve overall QA
- processes.
Process Improvement
- Continuously assess and enhance QA processes, methodologies, and best
- practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.
Documentation
- Create comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.

- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and outcomes. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of IAM projects. Training and Mentoring:
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices within the QA domain.
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience in a Project Analyst or Business Analyst role in large corporate
- environments OR as a QA Analyst in CyberSecurity environment.
- Experience of the SailPoint IAM platform (IdentityNow).
Experience of IAM application onboarding and access recertification would be a - plus.
- Experience working directly with application and infrastructure teams.
Requirements/Information gathering for large workstreams with a wide range of - stakeholders.
