QA Mentor is hiring an RPA Practice Manager to provide high-end technical expertise across Process Automation & AI solutions, driving customer success. - Provide Strategy and Vision: Develop a clear strategy and vision for RPA offerings, including identifying key solution asset requirements and intellectual property (IP).
- Automation Strategy Workshops: Conduct automation and AI strategy workshops for both pre- and post-sales customer engagements.
- Revenue Growth: Drive new revenue and growth for key accounts and acquire new clients.
- Business Development: Utilize your routes to market and business development experience to create leads and qualified opportunities.
- Sales Support: Perform necessary sales support activities, from generating opportunities to closing deals, including customer briefings, demo creation, proposal development, presentation to the customer, deal negotiation, and SOW creation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical sales teams to support qualified opportunities.
- RFP Support: Provide support for scoping, estimation, and costing in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Workshop Delivery: Participate in workshop delivery, particularly in pre-sales or strategy workshops.
- Architecture & Design Reviews: Perform architecture and design reviews for projects at key junctures, including design review, performance, capacity, production, and post-production assessment.
- Identify Key Partners: Identify key partners, particularly in emerging solution areas such as process engineering and automation, RPA, ML (Machine Learning), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and Gen AI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Process Automation, RPA, and AI.
- Strategic thinking and vision for RPA offerings.
- Strong business development skills and a track record of revenue growth.
- Ability to support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Experience with RFP responses and scoping.
- Technical expertise in automation technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
